The Husky SD 4101 & 4102 is a heavy-duty all stainless steel transition coupling to connect cast iron Hubless pipe and fittings
to Copper pipe. This has been accomplished by manufacturing our coupling with a heavy duty corrugated shield of sufficient
width to accommodate addittional surface-bearing sealing clamps.
The couplings consist of a 3” wide corrugated 304 stainless steel shield in conjunction with four stainless steel clamps mounted
in a series, secured in place by means of a fixed and “floating” eyelet to allow the clamp “travel” during tightening. Couplings
are designed to be installed with a pre-set torque wrench calibrated at 80 inch pounds, to accommodate the stainless steel 3/8”
