Non Woven Discs

Non-woven abrasive discs have a synthetic fiber mesh with abrasives, bonded together by a smear-resistant adhesive. Non-Woven abrasive products consist of a non-woven web of nylon fibers impregnated throughout with abrasive grain and bonded with synthetic resins. This design produces a cushioned, three-dimensional material that is extremely pliable and long lasting. The uniform dispersion of abrasive throughout the web provides a continuous supply of new grain as the old grain and fibers wear away during use. 

• Use discs with an open web construction for an aggressive cutting action while maintaining a cool, non-loading surface. 
• Use discs with a unitized construction with varying weave – from open to tighter – for deburring and finishing.
